Lord celestant

This design was an original re imagining of the existing lord celestant from Games Workshop. I'm a big fan of the warhammer universes and these are lord commanders of mystical knights. They come from the skies and are forged out of lightning.

In game, the miniature uses a sword, a hammer and a magical cape that can "shoot" hammers for a lack of better wording.

I focused on working in all the elements I wanted to portray. The hammer, comet and lightning are critical aspects of these warriors who serve Sigmar smith god with dominion over lightning. But beyond that, I wanted to keep some of the very martial / ancient greece elements we see in the current miniature line. The sword is modeled after the two handed swords of paladins to reflect the reforging they undergo for instance.

I don't currently have access to printing but this model is designed to be printed, painted and played with.
